Examples of our current projects...

• Working with a start-up Biotech company to manage the CM&C aspects of the drug development process at a CMO.  We are also advising them on negotiating agreements and contracts, as well as serving as the "man in the plant" for the sponsor.
• Managing the procurement of commercial drug supplies for a non-profit organization, which is distributing to under privileged segments of the world population.
• Leading a lyophilization fill/finish project for a client who is conducting clinical trials of an NBE.  We are responsible for the management and overall logistics at a US CMO; as well as the coordination of drug substance, formulation and fill/finish activities at separate sites. 

• Assisting a leading US CMO operation with the development of a business exploration plan to expand their CM&C technical offerings into niche markets.

• Advised a large Pharma client on approaches for the safe handling of highly potent drugs within their Formulation Development Labs to enable production of larger sized development lots of solid dosage forms.
